Banana oat meal

Banana oat is one of the quickest meal you can make for kids as well as adults. It's best and healthy to prepare this for kids in breakfast. So give it a try and I am sure you would love this. 
Banana oats

Ingredients:

  1. Ripe banana:1
  2. Oats:3/4 cup
  3. Honey:2 teaspoon
  4. Milk: 1 glass
  5. Banana: for Garnishing

Method:

  1. Mash the banana
  2. Add milk to a bowl and bring it to boil.
  3. Add mashed banana and mix well
  4. Add oats and cook on medium flame until the oats are soft and cooked.
  5. Switch off the flame.
  6. Add honey and mix well.
  7. Top it with bananas cut into slices and also add any fruits or nuts of your choice.
  8. Serve.
