Ingredients:
mutton(small pieces): 250gmsginger garlic paste:1 tbsp
red chilli powder:2 tsp
turmeric powder: half tsp
salt: half tsp
water: one and half cup
oil: 2 tablespoons
whole green chillies(slit vertically): 4
Method:
- First marinate the mutton.
- In an empty bowl add 250gms of mutton add ginger garlic paste ,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix thoroughly
- Keep this mixture for 30 mins
- In a presuure cooker add this mutton mixture add one cup of water and pressure cook for 4-5 vessels.
- Pour this mixture in a frying pan and let it dry completely
- Add oil and semi fry the mutton and keep stirring
- add green chillies and stir.
- off the flame
- Tala hua gosht is ready to serve. serve this with khatti dal
