Mutton Fry Recipe


Ingredients:

mutton(small pieces): 250gms
ginger garlic paste:1 tbsp
red chilli powder:2 tsp
turmeric powder: half tsp
salt: half tsp
water: one and half cup
oil: 2 tablespoons
whole green chillies(slit vertically): 4

Method:


  • First marinate the mutton.
  • In an empty bowl add 250gms of mutton add ginger garlic paste ,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix thoroughly
  • Keep this mixture for 30 mins
  • In a presuure cooker add this mutton mixture add one cup of water and pressure cook for 4-5 vessels.
  • Pour this mixture in a frying pan and let it dry completely
  • Add oil and semi fry the mutton and keep stirring
  • add green chillies and stir.
  • off the flame
  • Tala hua gosht is ready to serve. serve this with khatti dal
