Ingredients:

  1. Maida: 2 cups
  2. Curd:150 grams
  3. Onion: one chopped
  4. Green chillies:2 chopped finely
  5. Baking soda: a pinch of it
  6. Oil:2 teaspoon ( use warm oil)
  7. Salt: as per taste
  8. Curry leaves: 1 teaspoon chopped
  9. Cumin seeds:1 teaspoon

Method:

  1. Add curd in a bowl and whisk well to remove any lumps.
  2. Add salt, cumin seeds and little water and mix well

  3. Curd
  4. Add curry leaves and green chillies chopped
  5. Mix well
  6. Add maida and give a little mix
  7. Add warm oil and mix well until it becomes a thick and smooth batter by adding water if required.
  8. Do not add too much of water 

  9. Batter
  10. Rest it for half an hour
  11. Heat oil in a pan for frying
  12. When the oil is hot add mixture in such a way that it becomes a round shape bhajji.
  13. Fry till golden brown and remove it on a tissue paper.
  14. Serve with cocunut chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
