Quick Mysore bhajji recipe

Ingredients:
- Maida: 2 cups
- Curd:150 grams
- Onion: one chopped
- Green chillies:2 chopped finely
- Baking soda: a pinch of it
- Oil:2 teaspoon ( use warm oil)
- Salt: as per taste
- Curry leaves: 1 teaspoon chopped
- Cumin seeds:1 teaspoon
Method:
- Add curd in a bowl and whisk well to remove any lumps.
- Add salt, cumin seeds and little water and mix well
- Add curry leaves and green chillies chopped
- Mix well
- Add maida and give a little mix
- Add warm oil and mix well until it becomes a thick and smooth batter by adding water if required.
- Do not add too much of water
- Rest it for half an hour
- Heat oil in a pan for frying
- When the oil is hot add mixture in such a way that it becomes a round shape bhajji.
- Fry till golden brown and remove it on a tissue paper.
- Serve with cocunut chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
