Momos Chutney

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes: 5( medium size)
- Red chillies:7-8( add more if you like spicy)
- Salt: as per taste
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic cloves:2-3
- Soya sauce:1 teaspoon
Method:
- Take a pan and add enough water to boil tomatoes and red chillies.
- Make a slight split on top of the tomatoes so that it becomes easy to peel off the skin.
- When the water starts boiling , add tomatoes and red chillies.
- Boil until tomatoes becomes soft and the skin comes out easily.
- Remove the tomatoes and chillies and let it cool .
- Remove the skin of the tomatoes.
- In a mixer jar add tomatoes,red chillies,salt ,sugar and garlic cloves and blend into smooth paste without adding water.
- In a frying pan add little oil and when the oil is hot add the above paste.
- Add one teaspoon of soya sauce and one teaspoon of tomato sauce and cook on low flame for about 5 mins.
- Switch off the flame and transfer the chutney into serving bowl.
- Serve with momos and anything which you like .
