Ingredients:

  1. Milk: 1 litre
  2. Sugar: one cup ( as per taste)
  3. Badam: 10 pieces
  4. Pista: a handful 
  5. Malai: 1/2 cup( optional)

Method:

  1. Boil milk on medium flame.
  2. Keep boiling by stirring in between until the milk reduces and becomes little thick consistency.
  3. Add malai.
  4. Add sugar to the boiled milk which has now turned into malai like consistency.
  5. Take half of almonds and pista and grind it into powder.
  6. Add this powder to the milk.
  7. Cook on low flame for a minute by stirring continuously.
  8. Switch off the flame.
  9. Chop remaining almonds and pistas for garnishing.
  10. Take kulfi moulds and pour the mixture.
  11. Garnish it with chopped almonds and pistas.
  12. Freeze for almost 7-8 hrs.
  13. If you don't have kulfi moulds add the mixture to matka or a cup.
  14. Serve chilled.
