Ingredients:
- Cardomom stick: 1
- Ginger- one small piece( either grated or crushed)
- Garlic- 2 pieces( crushed)
- Turmeric-1/4 tsp
- honey: as per taste( optional)
- Water: one glass full
Method:
- Take a pan and add water. Bring the water to boil.
- Add all the ingredients except honey.
- Cook on low to medium flame till the quantity of water reduces to half of it.
- Strain the tea in a cup.
- Add honey as per taste to make it little sweeter.
- Serve hot.
Drink for atleast a week to get relief from cold and flu. Also you can replace this tea with your daily cup of tea.
This tea contains anti oxidants , has less caffeine than coffee, helps in your weight loss.
