Crispy fish fry
Ingredients:
- Fish: boneless(12 pieces)
- Oil: for frying
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
- Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder:1 1/2 tsp
- Corriander powder:1tsp
- Cumin powder: 3/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder: 3/4 tsp
- Salt: as per taste
- Lemon: one lemon juice
Method:
- Wash fish thoroughly two to three times.
- Mix all the spices in a bowl and add lemon juice. Make a paste by adding few drops of water if required.
- Apply this masala to all the fish pieces evenly on both the sides.
- Marinate the fish for one to two hours. It is preferred to keep it in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Add fish pieces and deep fry on medium to low flame until it turns crispy.
- Take them out and place on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Serve with rice and any gravy of your choice.
