Crispy fish fry

Ingredients:

  1. Fish: boneless(12 pieces)
  2. Oil: for frying
  3. Ginger garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
  4. Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder:1 1/2 tsp
  6. Corriander powder:1tsp
  7. Cumin powder: 3/4 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder: 3/4 tsp
  9. Salt: as per taste
  10. Lemon: one lemon juice

Method:

  • Wash fish thoroughly two to three times.
  • Mix all the spices in a bowl and add lemon juice. Make a paste by adding few drops of water if required.

  • Apply this masala to all the fish pieces evenly on both the sides.
  • Marinate the fish for one to two hours. It is preferred to keep it in the refrigerator.

  • Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  • Add fish pieces and deep fry on medium to low flame until it turns crispy.
  • Take them out and place on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  • Serve with rice and any gravy of your choice.
